Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data iWillFinance collects when you ask us to call you, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number, and your email address if you give it.
• The type of loan you're interested in, if you tell us.
• Where you came from (for example, our mobile app) and, if you came from the app, your app user ID.
• A record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed.
• Technical details: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which we use to stop abuse, and your browser type. We do not store your IP address itself.

We do not ask for your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details or documents, and we do not run a credit check.

Why we collect it

To call, SMS, WhatsApp or email you about the loan you asked about, and to suggest lenders that may suit you. The consent you give is: “I agree that iWillFinance can call, SMS, WhatsApp or email me about loans. This overrides my DND preference.”

Who we share it with

Your rights

• tell you what data we hold about you,
